#139: Wild Strawberries

Sometimes the brilliance of a movie requires time to appreciate, or in the case of my beloved piano teacher, you simply have to watch it from the beginning.  For me, Wild Strawberries is a film that I always thought was great, but my love of it has definitely deepened with time and, despite how many great films Ingmar Bergman made in his remarkable career, it is my personal favourite.  For this episode, I had the great pleasure of speaking to playwright Steven Jackson, winner of the Best New Play at the 2017 Toronto Fringe Festival, about his feelings on Bergman’s masterpiece.
